RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, you must send the product back within 30 calendar days of purchase.

The product must be in the same condition as received and must not be damaged in any way.

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee depends on the courier chosen.

If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Vibresco will cover the shipping cost.
Order Cancellation:
If an order is cancelled before the stated delivery time and within the cancellation window shown on our website, the order can be cancelled free of charge.

RETURN PROCESS

Place the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase.

Note: In some cases, your return may be free. If the return is not due to a Vibresco error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
