Return & Refund Policy – Vibresco

Thank you for shopping at Vibresco. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) to us. Please read below for more details on our return and refund policy.

RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return, you must send the product back within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received and must not be damaged in any way.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee depends on the courier chosen.

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Vibresco will cover the shipping cost.

Order Cancellation:
If an order is cancelled before the stated delivery time and within the cancellation window shown on our website, the order can be cancelled free of charge.

Return Instructions:
Please ensure that the return package includes:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Any other relevant information

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return address.

  2. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item back to us as instructed.

Note: In some cases, your return may be free. If the return is not due to a Vibresco error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of your return for processing.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.

  • You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital products
